i cant dowload after effects?

Hi

I have recently bought Afte Effects , after trying it for a month. After buying the program my computer had deleted creative cloud (for some unknown reason)

When i try to download the program (after effects) directly from the website, it it keeps saying that my computer does not have the program to execute the download? And then it shuts down…

Can anybody help!

I am sorry but i don't understand Danish. Please try to uninstall and reinstall the program and see if that helps.

However, I would be of some more help if you can translate this error message to me.

I figured it out! I had to re-install creative cloud But thank you for trying
That been said now i have a new problem... My creative cloud says that i have downloaded after effect but how do i open the program, and download it to my computer? the picture says that i have installed after effects cc (2014) and MEdia Encoder cc (2014) 19 hours ago

Go to your Applications folder and launch it from there.

You should still be able to launch the program. If yes, go to Help > Updates and see if it updates.

The program just wont open.. whenever i press on the programm

this thing shows up (application manager)

And i cant press it or anything.. its just there.. and After Effects never opens...

Just do a clean install using Adobe CC Cleaner tool.
