Have you Restarted your Mac? If not try that first. If Adobe CC still doesn't show up try reinstalling it.

Yes of course.

I tried a lot of different things before to contact you

1) I restarted.. and tried to install Creative Cloud Installer again... but during the charger of the installing status bar everything desappear (just some seconds after the 50% of charging).

2) I tried to install the lastest JAVA available... and tried again to repet the installation and still happening the same

3) I tried to repeat the installation with the FIREWALL turned on.

I'm very sorry and worry about my JOB, I've a lot of photographies to retouch... and low time to accomplish my work.

Please, can you help me to fix the problem!? it's very improtant

Thanks in Advance

Alex

Just a quick piece of input.. Be sure you are running the CC installer as an administrator.

Yes I read another post about it. Also on a Mac.

Here is a link to that thread.

The Adobe CC for desktop simply don't install in my Mac OS Yosemite. Without error code or something...

No it is not, 10.10.2 is available and soon there will be a 10.10.3.

But in the end I don't think it should matter whether you have 10.10.1 or 10.10.2. Sorry I can help with testing as I run Windows 7 and only have OS X Lion and Mt Lion installed in Virtual Machines.

No one here is an employee of Adobe. This is a User to User forum.

Yes, as Shootistbond007 said, this is a user's forum. Adobe staff does come on here to help out once in a while, but for the most part it's just us users.

Where is says "member" on my icon it will have an orange box that says "staff." There is also the MVP badge for "Most Valuable Participants" which is orange too.

Here are a few links that might be useful to you: Error "Failed to Install" Creative Cloud Desktop application
