I got from "Activate-Here.Com" a product reference key for Adobe Photoshop Elements. After Installation of the software, I was prompted to log in with my Adobe Community Account. I did this successfully. Then I was prompted to enter a valid license key. How can I get this license key just having the activate-here product reference key? Thanks for your support.

You must BUY the software from Adobe or a valid reseller... getting a "reference key" from a site that is not an authorized reseller is not going to work

Hi mhartigs,

The community here may not be able to help much with Activate-Here, since this service is only used by resellers to process orders not by Adobe itself. If I understand correctly how Activate-Here works (which admittedly I may not), they typically send your serial key directly to you via e-mail. If what you received instead was a reference key, I might suggest checking the following document to see if you can convert that reference key the way you do a redemption code: Redemption code help.

If that doesn't work, try contacting the reseller from whom you purchased the software or Activate-Here itself if possible. They will most likely be able to give you instructions.

I'm sorry I can't provide a more definitive solution, but I do hope you'll let us know how it goes. I would be interested to know the answer for future reference.
