I originally installed the programs and licenses for  2 desktops. I now have 1 laptop. I'm trying to logout of one of the desktop so only the laptop and 1 desktop, can have access to the creative cloud. the laptop is running, but when that is on, and I try to get on the desktop I get an error saying I'm at max? How is that possible? I have the other desktop logged out of cc?  I'm in Adobe Premiere Pro, and when I go to Help I do not see a deactivate option, so I'm uncertain how to go about it?

you're welcome and happy holidays to you, too.

adobe.com thought you were signed-in on a computer you weren't considering.  signing-out from all resets all the logged sign-ins.

(p.s when using the adobe forums, please mark helpful/correct responses, if there are any.)

when you start your sign in on your third computer you should see the option to sign out from all other computers.  click that option.

I had the laptop open to Premiere Pro and didn't want to lose to connection if I did click on the sign out, and tried the other option saying I already did that, but figure I'll try what you suggest..

I can get into the desktop which works.

I closed out of the Premiere Pro in the laptop to see if I can get into it, and looks like I can. Phew. I wonder if I couldn't get into the laptop. would that mean I had to click out of the signout of other computer button too?

Would that run the risk of signing me out of the desktop that I had just got into?

I know I shouldn't worry about things that haven't happen but I try to plan ahead and anticipate something like that may happen.

Thanks for your help kglad. Happy Holidays and Happy New Yr to you and your family.
