Thanks so much for your help. No, I thought it was going well but it was the link for Acrobat 9 pro and my serial number still didn’t work.

I eventually read someone elses advice about how you find the link from your My Adobe account and it finally worked. Wow it was really hidden away there I couldn’t find it until I read Jeffery’s advice to Tammy. Thank god for Jeffery. Don’t understand why the guy from Adobe couldn’t tell me that!

Thanks for your help anyway.

Regards,

Julie

Acrobat 8,9

Download Acrobat products | 9, 8

Acrobat XI and Acrobat X

If still the same issue

You need to contact Adobe Chat Support to get your serial number checked.

Thank you very much for your help.  I thought that I had it won when you sent me this link, however after chatting with an adobe agent they advised me the serial number was current for Acrobat 9 so I tried to download it from your link but still came up invalid.

The agent also told me adobe did not provide the link for Acrobat 9 anymore and I would have to upgrade but you sent it to me thanks !!

Have just about given up though !!

I am really sorry for the inconvenience. So the links i sent you, were you able to install Acrobat 9 or was there any problem?
