I have Creative Suite Design and web premium 6 - with a serial number. I have reinstalled my computer, AFter installing the CS6, from direct download from my Adobe, again it will not accept my serial code, and the information is: " the serial you provided is valid, but a qualifying produkt could not be found on this computer."

It appears that you need to select the product that you upgraded from.
