I have tried to download the elements 13 after paying £66.52.

Initial it downloaded but did not recognise the serial number.

I then took this off my laptop so i could redownload. Now it is coming up with an error message? please help

Hi Varun, I've just spoken to my IT people and it looks like i may have tried to download the 32-bit rather than the 64-bit. So i am in the process of trying this now. If i have further problems i will come back to you however. Many thanks.
