I just installed and when i try and sign in it auto signs me out and wont let me go in..is this a normal issue?

Has anyone gotten all the way through the install and when you go to sign in it wont let you? Ive tried everything

This is an typical issue being noticed on Windows computers.

Follow the below steps:

1)Open Control Panel and then click on the option "Network and Internet" .

2)Click on Internet options, click on 'Connections' tab.

3)In the 'Connections' tab, select 'LAN' settings, you will be able to view the Local area network settings box.

4)Check the box-"Automatically Detect Settings" and then "uncheck" all the other check boxes like 'Use automatic configuration script', 'Use a proxy server' , Bypass proxy s

Also there is an issue on windows computers, even though we set the LAN settings to detect settings Automatically , it will auto revert back by itself and tick the box, use proxy server.

Reference link :

It will very essential that " Automatically detect settings"  must be the only option selected , in order to sign in.

If the LAN settings are already set to detect settings Automatically , we will try with different step.

Click on below link and check with Solution 4 :

Error: You are no longer signed in to Creative Cloud applications

Ive tried just about everything and still no success. Im running 7 Professional  SP1. Now my cs6 will not work and LR4 wont open my images intro cs6.

Close all Adobe applications and Quit Creative Cloud desktop applicaiton.

End all Adobe related process from Task Manager .

Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) along with R button together at a time , you will get a run command window.

Type in below command and hit 'Enter' key.

appdata

Then navigate to Local>Adobe>OOBE. Open OOBE folder and delete opm.db file.

Then launch Creative Cloud app and try signing in.

Just for confirmation purpose , open LAN settings window again and check whether the " Automatically Detect Settings "  is the only check box selected.
