I tried to install Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Premium via Migration Assistant from my MacBook Pro to My iMac (both running OSX El Capitan 10.11.4) but Photoshop will not open. When I try it asks me to Agree to the Licence, but when I say Agree, it does not load? Bridge is working fine, but I cannot open from Bridge to Photoshop either. I tried to download Photoshop 4 from Adobe website, after Uninstalling the 'faulty' Photoshop (from my MacBook Pro) but it does not recognise my Serial Number from the DVD case. What is going on?

Tell everyone you know who owns a Mac... Mac Migration and Time Machine DO NOT WORK properly with Adobe program activations due to hidden registration files that are not included when Migration or Time Machine make their copies

You can not install an individual program using a suite serial number, you must install the suite

CS4 was written YEARS before El Capitan, so it may not work

Install CS5 on Mac 10.11 https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2003455 may help (also for other than CS5)
