I uninstall the free version of Photoshop

I uninstall the free version of Photoshop because i could not get updates. When i try to install again, i only can buy, but i have no program anymore and still 6 days left. What can i do?

I don't think you will be able to use it unless you purchase a plan since it was uninstalled.  You can subscribe for a single month if you want to.
