I want to install Photoshop CS3 on my new PC

I want to install Photoshop CS3 on my new PC.  I had it on my old PC.  How do I do it?

It depends partly on what media you have the CS3 file in to be able to install it and partly on the system characteristics of the new PC.  If you do not have disks, then you will need to download the installation file from a site that provides trial version.  It is possible CS3 will not install depending on the system.
