If AAM was a real manager...

I would fire it, because it is constantly misinformed and misinforming me. It lies, it cheats, it forgets, it neglects, it's no use at all. I've encountered (and reported) many faults before, and now I've discovered another one: it states that Lightroom is "up-to-date". Well it isn't. I have 4.0 installed while 4.4 is the current version. Why don't they rename it "Adobe's Annoying Misfit" ?

Peter I am sorry you have faced so many difficulties utilizing the Adobe Application Manager.  Which operating system are you using?  Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop Lightroom?  We currently offer 4.4 as the direct installation option for Creative Cloud subscribers through the Adobe Application Manager.
