I hope you are fine and everything goes well with you.
For more than a month, I have been trying to install Illustrator in my Adobe Applications Manager on my new laptop instead of the old one, which was old, heavy, and so bad for graphic design.
Be informed, please, that I installed the applications I needed, but when I installed the Illustrator application as a 7-day trial, it didn't work. It only requires a serial number and sometimes says, {Your country doesn't support this purchase.

hi dear,
as I have an old free membership in Adobe and as a contributor designer.
Please be informed that I have replaced a new laptop instead of the old one that was unusable for graphic design.
I have downloaded the Creative Cloud with my previous ID and 4 applications, but when I downloaded Illustrator, I couldn't run it; it requires a serial number or says { it works on this device}.

What plan do you see when you log onto your account on the web https://account.adobe.com/plans
If you see the plan listed and still it shows as a trial on your computer then you can check out the following article
