Mark,

Thanks for your patience. If you have already tried all of these suggestions:

Error: You are no longer signed in to Creative Cloud applications CC Login error- you’ve been signed out

then you might want to take a look at the one additional suggestion in this link: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1329447

If that still doesn't fix the situation, then your best bet is to contact support directly at: Contact Customer Care.

Bluesmuns,

It is unclear from your post what specific issue you are having with login. Here are a few related links that may help you with login.

Please be sure that  you are using the same email you did when you purchased/installed the software and that you have an internet connection.  If these links don't solve your issue, please give us some specific indicators as to what you are seeing and what you have tried.

Regards,

Pattie

Pattie,

Thanks for trying to help. Starting from the beginning, it wasn't until I heard that Lightroom 6 was out that I realized that the CC desktop shortcut had disappeared. It has since been restored, but when I try to sign in I get "You have been signed out" in an endless loop. I've been in two separate chats w/ Adobe help folks, but I've had a severely bad experience with letting them take over my machine before. I'm not convinced of their ability.

I deleted the opm.db file with no change during one chat session, but today it won't let me delete it.  I've reset the LAN settings to Automatically detect more than once. I just uninstalled the program then reinstalled it again, and still I get the loop described above.

What is the problem here?
