Hi,
I have the cs5.5 Premium creative suite. In-Design have a problem I only get the coloured wheel turning and turning. Unistalled and reinstalled several time. Finally contacted Adobe Customer service and send me a link to download InDesign 5.5 . Whwn prompt to enter serial number it says it is invalid. any help would be appreciated.Customer Service told me they are not Help Desk!

Hello again,Sorry about the delay providing the serial number I was away on little vacation.I've purchased the Creative Suite 5.5 on DVD and here's the serial number:
Once I've downloaded the InDesign program provided by Adobe I've entered that serial number but didn't work.

Going forward I would really appreciate if you share such information via PM(Private Message).
I have checked the details about the serial number it is for Mac OS, please verify the OS on which your are trying to install it.
Please try to download the CS 5.5 from the below mentioned link and install it.
