My InDesign download is always stuck at 53%. I've tried the Uninstall Cloud zip and reinstall Cloud multiple times so far and it keeps on getting stuck everytime I try to download the desktop app.

Lauravanderveken I am sorry that you are unable to install InDesign CC 2017.  What version of Windows are you installing on?  Please review the install log to determine why the installation is failing.  Details on how to locate the install log can be found at Creative Cloud download and install errors.

You are welcome to post any specific errors that you discover in the install log.

It's on Windows 8 (64bit) and I'm having errors 109, 118 and 119.
I'm not installing anything else than the Indesign desktop app.
What should I do?

Lauravanderveken did you find all those errors within the install log?  Can you post the applicable errors from the log to this discussion?

Error 118 and 119 are due to download failures.  Are you installing InDesign CC 2017 on your personal Windows 8 computer?  If so then please review the steps listed in Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications to resolve any connection errors that could be interfering with the download process.

Yes, those were the errors from the install log.
It's a download for my personal computer and I've checked every step of the link you sent and they all work, so that is not the problem.
