I bought indesign received a confirmation email with a start button. I click and I arrive on a page where I am asked to pay again. I'm so disappointed in this lousy service!

You cannot buy InDesign. You have likely been scammed. InDesign is used by a monthly subscription.

If or when you decide to purchase an InDesign subscription, be sure to purchase it from Adobe directly (see Buy Adobe InDesign CC | Desktop publishing software and online publisher) or from an authorized reseller. Avoid buying it from eBay or other unauthorized seller—at best you can't license it. At worst, it may include malware.

I bought on the Adobe website. I've got some credentials, but I can't install the damn indesign. and the cat never answers I'm not even talking about the phone line. The one who says that Adobe has a service to his customers makes fake news. It's pathetic.

Ok, great. Glad you have a genuine version—we hear from those with non-genuine versions quite a bit.

And, I understand your frustration—I'd feel the same way. I'm going to move your question to the Creative Cloud Download & Install because they are better with installation questions. Come back to this InDesign forum once you have it installed and you have "how to" questions.

Pierre-yvesr27683522, sorry you are facing difficulties with installing InDesign CC.  As Barb suggested please make sure that the computer you are installing on meets the minimum system requirements.  What type of computer and operating system are you installing InDesign CC on, Pierre-yvesr27683522.

Please make sure you are beginning the installation of InDesign CC through the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application as discussed in Learn how to download your Adobe Creative Cloud apps .  If you are being blocked from this experience in the current web browser then please use an alternate web browser.
