you can find compatible versions via prodesigntools.com, but the most recent version compatible with high sierra is the August 2020 (15.x) release (cc 2020) and that's not available via prodesigntools.com.

you're welcome.

but you don't need a new mac to use adobe cc, yet.  on the other hand, to use the latest adobe products, you need an updated os (and that may require a new mac).
