instalação de aplicativos

Oi, eu precisei reinstalar o windows 10 devido a um problema . Depois que o sistema foi reinstalado, fiz novamente o download do programa da Creative Cloud, mas os aplicativos da adobe aparecem somente na opção de comprar e não de instalar , sendo que já sou assinante.
