Sorry that you are still having trouble installing your Adobe products, Just to confirm kindly let us know if you have tried using an alternate internet connection to download the software? Also do you have any internet browser security add-on's installed, if yes then please turn that off and try again.

Awaiting your response.

Hi Chandrikab85919213,

Error 207 means that the responses from the server are failing to be received by the computer.

I would recommend you to try alternate network connections and also try temporarily disabling firewall and internet security/anti-virus software until installation is complete. Details on Error 207 can be found at Troubleshoot Adobe Creative Cloud download and install issues.

As you have mentioned you have already tried everything given in the following help document Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications, i would recommend you to lists of network endpoints for websites and specific services that are offered as part of Adobe Creative Cloud. The server and domains listed in this document must be accessible on ports 80 and 443 for the relevant applications and services to function correctly: https://helpx.adobe.com/content/dam/help/attachments/Creative_Cloud_for_enterprise_Service_Endpoint...

Direct download for Creative Cloud desktop app is available, you may try downloading and installing it from here: Download Creative Cloud desktop app.

Let us know if this helps.
