Install error

My first install attempt on my new pc froze it up,  so I did the creative cloud clean sweep (uninstall). After restarting, photoshop installed with no problem but going to Lightroom  (which is what froze the computer the first time), it comes up with this error...

"The feature that you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.

Click OK to try again or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package "vc_red.msi" in the box below"

It almost sounds like I deleted something off the software but I did the clean sweep like adobe said to and afterwards wouldn't photoshop give the error too if that was the case? Any advice is very appreciated !

What versions of the software are you trying to install and what are the specs for the machine you are trying to install them on?

Lightroom CC (2015) is what I'm having difficulty with. And I just got a customized PC so am not sure on the specs...?

  • I have Windows 10 Pro
  • Version 1607
  • AMD FX-9590 Processor

(If above is what you were meaning?)

Here's the photo of what keeps popping up! 20170322_133004.jpg
