Install photoshop elements 13 & premiere elements 13

hi

I have both photoshop elements 13 & premiere elements 13 double pake on both my desktop and laptop computers.

My laptop has crashed and aren't  able to fix it so I tried to install first photoshop elements on my other laptop to replace the crashed laptop and I'm not able to because the license won't let me install on another computer. Am I able to use my serial number to install on my other laptop computer? I am now using Windows 10.

Hi Rod15,

Thank you for sharing the details, we have checked the serial number that you have provided, we are able to locate and fix one of them(Photoshop Elements), however, another (Premiere Elements) serial number appears invalid, kindly check that serial number and share the details again
