Installation Error - Missing or Invalid Personalization Information, Missing Resources Library

I have a new Windows 8 Dell laptop.  I also have a physical copy of Adobe Creative Suite CS2.  I tried installing using the DVDs but received an error stating that the physical copy activation was no longer supported for the physical copy of the software.  I then was able to find the software download from the Adobe website.  I am getting the error below.

Please let me know how I can install the software on this laptop.   Thanks in advance.
