Installation Error P201

Hello everyone,
I am facing Error p201 when trying to install Adobe Creative Cloud. I tried another internet connection, and disabled protection but nothing worked.
Is there any other way to solve this problem?
if there is a direct link to download the software would be great.

"Error 201" that you are getting occurs when the download is paused and when the server response is poor. Please make sure you have a stable internet connection when trying to update or download any Adobe app.

yes, there are direct links.
for the current and one previous versions use the cc app:
use the alternative download links at page bottom here, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
for cc 2019 and earlier use prodesigntools.com*
for everything else, you must use adobe support** (and it may take a few tries to find an agent to provide links).

follow the directions (esp, step 1)
save the install file. it may not remain online.
