what is a cc desktop app (I'm on mac)
the forum is glitchy today, so responses to posts are not always being applied to the correct thread.
anyway @deborahd26314830, you should install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
