Installation failed Photoshop CC 2015

Hi, I have succesfully install Trial Adobe Illustrator, but I'm not sure why Trial Photoshop can't be install.

I have follow the intruction for 'Exit Code 7' but nothing works. (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/errors-exit-code-6-exit.html)

I've also run everything under 'Run As Administrator'.

PC:

Windows 7 Home Premium

Intel i3

Error encountered:

Please End Task all Adobe related processes which are Creative Cloud, CoreSync, CCLibrary, CCXProcess, Adobe CEF Helper, Adobe Desktop Services, Adobe IPC broker, Adobe Crash Daemon from Task Manager. Then follow the steps below to assign permissions to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\ and C:\Program Files\Adobe

  1. Right click on Adobe Folders and select on Properties.

Please follow the steps below :

  • Please sign out from Creative Cloud. Please refer Sign in and sign out to activate Creative Cloud apps
  • Please delete temporary files from C:\Users\<User Name>\AppData\Local\Temp
  • Give full permission to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\ and C:\Program Files\Adobe\
  • Sign into the Creative Cloud again and try to install the Photoshop.

You may also refer File and Folder Permissions

If the above steps don't work then please rename C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Installers\adobeTemp\{793C2BF7-A4FE-4608-91C9-9282C5801C21}\_12_627d4d9042b0b d924bfc683253a77397" to {793C2BF7-A4FE-4608-91C9-9282C5801C21}\_12_627d4d9042b0b d924bfc683253a77397.old and try to install Photoshop again.

Stephtoh06 in addition to Shelly's suggestion I would also recommend reviewing Error "Exit 6" or "Exit 7" | Install log | Read, write, system file errors | Adobe Creative Suite 5.... which discusses steps on how to resolve these types of file permission errors.  You are welcome to update this discussion if you have any questions on how to resolve the current error.

Struggled with a similar problem. Turning off file system shield in Avast (anti virus) solved it for me

Me too - I struggled with this for ages, but found the same solution as Astrid1111 - I disabled Avast shields and the installation just worked as it should.
