you need a computer with an older os that supports 32 bit programs.

 

but your question actually makes little sense.  do you mean you have an older photoshop elements version?

Which operating system on your i-Mac?  Is your computing using Apple Silicon M1 Chip?

 

You could possibly install a virtual machine (Parallels for example, extra fees apply) and then install Windows 10 on the virtual machine.  Now that's assuming you have access to a) Windows OS and b) a Windows version of PS Elements 2014.   Lots of IFS. 

 

It might be cheaper & better in the long run to just get new software that's compatible with your new computer.
