mon navigateur est edge et windows 10 est à jour.

Just for the record:

The message said that either the OS or the browser is obsolete. Which can't be the case with Windows 10 and Edge, but may be OP used Internet Explorer the first time.

juste cette fenêtre dont j'ai mis le fichier en attachement.

maintenant le problème est résolu après le retéléchargement des installateurs
