I wanted to view my visa statement on line in the internet banking of my bank. I was told I needed to renew my adobe which I did and I still cannot see my statements. Very frustrating.

I wonder if you are seeing a message instead, something like "to view this file you will need Acrobat Reader", that sort of thing? If so, please show a screen shot of the whole window, including the window title,menus and so forth, but no personal info. Thanks, if it's what I think, we can help.
