Installing Photoshop, Indesign & Illustrator doesn't work

Hey there!

I'm using the creative cloud since almost 2 years now. Today I cleaned my mac and uninstalled every single program.

Then I installed the cloud again and tried to install my usual programs. Every single one worked, except of

photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator.

I can install it, it installs until 100%. Afterwards I can see: "The installing process was successful".

But one second later, the program goes back to "uninstalled programs". I can't open it, I can't use it...

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud. (if you have a win os, right click the exe > click 'run as administrator'.

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
