Installing Problems Elements. I always get the info to download the advisor after installing

Downloaded Elements 64 bit version 4 times, installed an deinstalled every time incl. deleting adobe in the registry. I alwas get the info to download the advisor after the installing !!!!!! I have the File on my desktop, but nothing else!!!

I'm sorry you're experiencing a frustrating installation. You may be receiving the prompt to download the advisor because a previously installed Adobe application was incorrectly removed. You may want to Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems‌.

If this does not solve your issue, we need some more information to troubleshoot. What is your operating system and what version of Elements are you trying to install? Is it Photoshop or Premiere elements?
