I am installing Creative Suite 2 Prem, I have all the CD's + the box with serial number, I am entering the serial number that's fine, the next screen tells me "The serial number you have entered indicates that you are upgrading from a previous version of Adobe Photoshop. Adobe 5.0 or later was not found in its default location. Please select a method below to validate your ownership of Adobe Photoshop." My options are locate it on the hard drive which it does not, or enter the serial number which I do not know. What can I do?? Thank-you.

Creative Suite Prem 2 seems to be an upgrade you bought. You will need to enter the serial number for the qualifying version.

Thanks

Nikhil

Haustin1988 if you have your software registered then you should be able to find directions on how to locate your serial number at http://forums.adobe.com/message/3987968#3987968.
