Installing to a pentium 4 processor

I bought a hard copy of Abode Photoshop Elements & Adobe Premiere Elements 11 but my won't load it. I don't have a DVD drive just a CD drive and I have a Pentium 4 Processor.  Please help me!

You can try couple of things :-

1) Download the trial from Adobe.com website and use the serial number to serialize it.

2) Copy the content of the DVD on a USB drive and then use that to install the software.
