Issue with downloading any adobe application from Creative cloud (Installation Failed 15)

Its impossible to download any adobe program from the creative cloud application!

I have restarted my laptop numerous amount of times but still no luck!

Please may someone help

I would request to ensure that the installation of these two database files (media.db and local media.db) is not corrupted (don't display 0 bytes) and try providing full read and write permissions to media.db file , to do so go to  ~Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Caps.

If it still fails then you'll need to uninstall all Adobe products and then run the CC Cleaner tool to make sure nothing is left "Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems" and the reinstall the pr

As you have mentioned you are trying to install Adobe Creative Cloud apps however they are failing to install, i would request you to click on "Learn more"; written in red next to installation failed error message to know more about the issue because of which the apps are not installing and share that with us.

Thank you for sharing the update, as seen in the error message you are getting Exit Code 15 while trying to install Creative Cloud app, assuming that you are on a Mac machine, i would recommend you to follow the steps given here: Exit code 15 installing Adobe Creative Cloud or Adobe Creative Suite 6 apps.

If you are on a Windows machine, then i would recommend you to try the complete cleanup of Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app and then retry the installation and see if that resolves the issue, follow the steps given here to perform the cleanup: Photoshop Installation Failed
