I am very upset because these 2017 files refuse to uninstall. I have tried every method of uninstalling as weill as the adobe creative cloud cleaner which only uninstalled my 2018 programs. The 2017 programs will not uninstall.
When I try to uninstall them they reach 1% uninstallation status on the creative cloud app and then the process just stops...
Please help me. I have literally tried every type of method of uninstalling them so I need a really specific answer to my issue.
I am on Windows 10 on an MSI GE Apache Pro....
I need to make space on my comp and these stubborn softwares are taking up space. Somebody help.

try using your control panel.
if that fails, see if you can re-install (in order to restore the uninstallers).

Just in case if you are unable to remove via Control Panel > Programs and Features.
You can try Microsoft Fix It tool :

The Microsoft Fix it tool won't work because it doesn't list any of the software I need to remove. As I said before I have tried every common method - which includes the control panel. It asks for a product key but I don't have one or know of where to get it.

AKMastamind, sorry you are facing problems removing the Adobe Creative Cloud applications installed on the Windows 10 computer. Outside of using the uninstallers as suggested by Kglad in post #1, and attempting to use the Microsoft Fixit tool as suggested by Brucgov in post #2, what other methods did you utilize to remove the currently installed applications? Did you employ the use of any system cleanup utilities or other similar programs to remove the installed applications?
Can you also please check the install log to see if there are any applicable error messages, AKMastamind. Information on how to locate the install log can be found at Creative Cloud download and install errors .

There were no applicable error messages in the install log Jeff. All the utilities I have used thus far have all led to the creative cloud app which asks if I want to keep the preferences. The uninstallation begins and ends within less than a second.
