Just downloaded LR6 but can't open the Installer file

I have Windows 8. Just downloaded Lightroom 6 but the Installer file in the downloads folder is something called a PART file type and my computer won't open it. Does anyone know how I can get this to install?  Thank you for any help.

Please mention the full name of the file.

Try removing the .PART and leave it as Lightroom_6_LS11.exe and try again.
