That link gives me two options: To download a TRIAL version or BUY it.

I don’t want to do either of those things. I’ve already paid for it.

If you  have clicked on download trial it will still download Creative Cloud desktop. There is no trial version or full version Creative Cloud desktop. If your subscription is active on Crry.eative Cloud desktop under apps tab you will get install option, if it is in trial show as try.

I would suggest you to ignore the message in the website and click on download trial.

I was and am signed in. I think I found the Download link on a different page.

I also make sure that you have signed in to Adobe.com account. If you have not signed in then it show as trail only

You need to sign in with correct email address

Well, I managed to download Creative Cloud installer and started downloading the programs I need but they’re all TRAIL versions.

If I’m signed into Adobe’s website, why is it downloading trial versions?

It said “Install” but once it installs the ONLY button beside it says “Start Trial”, then when I click start trial is says I can use if for 30 days or register it.

Why am I being asked to register it if I’m signed into my Adobe account. I have a serial number but it’s at home.

There is serial number require for Creative Cloud. While launching the products are you getting any trail prompt, not on Creative Cloud desktop
