Hallo,

ich habe keine ProduktCD mehr, aber die Seriennummer.

Ich habe jetzt einen neuen PC und würde gerne mein Photoshop CS5 darauf installieren.

Allerdings funktioniert der download von adobe nicht, da kommen immer die Fehlermeldung, dass beim Extrahieren ein Problem aufgetreten ist.

Kann mir jemand helfen?

Ich kenn mich absolut nicht mit PCs oder Fachausdrücken aus!
