We have an active CC account and want to download Lightroom but I only get a 7-day trial offer. Is it available only in the photography plan?

If not, what can I do to get it downloaded without the trial?

Thanks

Are you trying to download it THROUGH the CC application? If you're going just to the Lightroom page, it's only going to give you the trial, but if you log into the CC app, you'll see it as an available download. Another way would be to LOG IN at: http://www.adobe.com/creativecloud.html

Then, up at the top left, there's a kind of drop down menu that says "menu". When you click it, you get a dark screen with lists of apps you can download to your computer.

Remember - you have to be logged in as a CC user to see all this.Screen Shot 2017-01-14 at 11.06.22 AM.jpegScreen Shot 2017-01-14 at 11.06.37 AM.jpeg
