Lightroom Not Installing Properly...Exit Code 7

Hello,

I've tried to download Lightroom CC (15) four times but it keeps saying there's an error. The app is on my desktop however, and seems to work fine at first glance?

When I press to 'learn more' about the error, it opens a webpage with this on it...

ERROR: DW071:

ERROR: DW003: Third party payload installer vcredist_x64.exe failed with exit code: -1073740777

ERROR: Failed to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x64).
