Login error

I've changed my password to download photoshop few times but It's only possible to login into my accout but it's not working when i tired to download photoshop.

Please let me know further way to fix this situation. Thanks

What exactly happens when you try to download Photoshop? Are you experienced with installing downloaded software to this computer - I ask because there is usually a password to install any software, nothing to do with Adobe at all.

If you are referring to CC version, Install Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app and Sign in.

Then try to install Photoshop.

When you are installing or updating on a Mac, that is your Mac asking you to prove that you have permission by asking for your COMPUTER password, not your Adobe password
