you can try contacting the vendor but it's unlikely you can get a cd.  getting access to online files is also unlikely, but possible.

It may be difficult to get the files from a book that is quite old. You could look to buy a second hand book to get the CD. I did a search and found the Adobe Dreamweaver CS4 Classroom in a Book being sold for just under US$3 (excluding shipping).
