While downloading order AD019964450 Elements 14 I was told I ordered the wrong bit(?) size. I'm old & handicapped 7 don't follow directions well. Can you please help me?

You can download both the 32 bit and 64 bit versions from Download Photoshop Elements | 14, 13, 12, 11, 10

I understand that but if I did the wrong thing how do I correct it? I think I ordered 32 bit. How do I know which my computer needs?

Download the version your computer needs then install it.

If you downloaded 32 bit but you need 64 bit then download the 64 bit version.

If you downloaded 64 bit but you need 32 bit then download the 32 bit version.

Of course but where in this process do I make the change? I discovered my Toshiba is 64 bit. I appreciate your patience

Why do you need to cancel anything?

The ordering process for 32 bit and 64 bit is the same. Only the installation file is different.

you just need to download the 64bit version from the page John gave you earlier. No need to cancel your order.
Just download the installer and everything should be fine
