I decided to try the student Creative Cloud subscription and noticed that the programs that I was looking for were not included, so I need to cancel the subscription and get a refund. It says that I can cancel within 14 days and receive a full refund however, I can't cancel the plan myself. It says to "contact an administrator" but provides no details on how to do that or what that even means. I just want to refund my Student Creative Cloud plan before the 14 days are up.

If this was offered by your educational institution, the administrator you need to talk to is there. They manage their plans.
If it is the regular student plan from Adobe it includes everything. What seems to be missing?
