Hi,
Not only is my adobe creative cloud not updating it isn't responding either. An error 2 shows up overtime when I try to update it. I'm afraid to follow some recommendations of steps I should follow because I'm not sure whether or not my files are backed up. How does one know they are backed up or how would someone go on about and backing up their files. I'm a student majoring in graphic design and I can't lose my files. Thanks for you time.
