My card was billed, but I'm stuck in "Try" Adobe

Hi all,

I signed up a week ago online; month to month plan. My credit card was billed, but I subsequently discovered my Mac pro needed to upgrade in order to support Lr & Ps. After the upgrade I went back into Adobe to download. Now, however, I'm seem stuck in the trial stage and not on the permanent role. Adobe keeps asking if I want the 'buy' in. Try as I might I can't seem to figure out how to get Adobe to recognize me.

Not sure what step next to take.
