My company buy an Adobe Creative suit 5.5 Design Standard

I bought an Adobe Creative Suit 5.5 Design Standard @ mac a few years ago.

And this year Jan, my mac broke down.

I bought a new one mac and install Adobe Creative Suit 5.5.

Although I installed and activated it successfully, but it show image below and didn't let me to activate on the next month, unless I reinstall the program.

What is the reason?
