My CS3 stopped reading my raw photographs. I tried re installing photoshop using my disc. It is now asking me to register my product. The serial number I was given does not work. How do I get a new one and what do I need to do?

Be sure you are using the correct serial number. It should be 24 digits. Check this document for tips on how to Find your Adobe product serial number quickly‌.

If you are still having issues, are you getting a specific error message? This troubleshooting guide may help: Error "The serial number is not valid for this product" | Creative Suite‌‌.

In the event you are still unable to reinstall Photoshop, please Contact Customer Care.
