My installation failed and it is saying the software appears to be counterfeit. How can this be when I received the software from my university?

I received the software from my on campus job and it is saying that the "Adobe Genuine Software appears to be counterfeit." Any idea how to correct this problem?

Hi Clay,

Please contact your on-campus job authority and ask them to provide a genuine software package.

Alternatively, you can buy Acrobat from here : Plans and pricing | Adobe Acrobat DC

Regards,
Rahul
