I wanted to cancel my adobe plan since I do not use it anymore, and when I went to do that the plan cancellation fee was 68+ dollars.
I was angry, because I am a student and could not afford that cancellation fee; so I talked to the chat support.
I was told at the end (after being repeatedly offered no-billing periods) that my subscription was cancelled, and yet - when I went to check that it had been cancelled, I still see my plan there. I have a screenshot of the latter part of my transcript of the chat where it says that my subscription was cancelled and the cancellation fee waved too.
So what the hell gives?

Everyone be careful! the promoted trial period is not trial at all and they charge your CC the moment you click OK!!!
the problem is that the order screen clearly states the payment will be made after the free week.
Then if you contact them via chat, they say they will return the money in 7 working days!
